Artist's Comments
This scene was inspired by an in game screen shot of Diablo3. All the assets and textures were created by me.I tried my best to recreate and stay true to their screen shot. All the textures are hand painted. I challenged myself and kept my texture sizes at 256x256 except for one asset(the pillar/arch), and also using as much tileable textures as possible. After modeling out the scene in 3d max I exported the objects and assembled and lit the scene in UT3. It was a lot of fun working on this scene.
